What are the hours?
Scheduled shifts and expected weekly hours are shared during the interview.
Do I need my own carrier contracts?
Contracting requirements are walked through with you during onboarding.
When do I start?
Agents start in cohorts. Your start date is confirmed during your interview. If you are not licensed yet, it is set once your license is issued.
