We collect information you provide directly to us through our application and contact forms, such as your name, phone number, email address, city and state, insurance license status, National Producer Number (NPN) and licensed states if you are licensed, your work-history and availability answers, and how you heard about us.

This website does not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license, or any government identification. If you are hired, identity and contracting documents are collected separately through secure onboarding channels, with notice to you at that time.

We may also automatically collect limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited) to operate and secure our website.

To review your application and contact you about agent roles;
To schedule, confirm, and remind you of interviews;
To guide you through licensing, contracting, and onboarding if you move forward;
To send hiring and start-date updates, and other communications you have consented to;
To comply with legal, regulatory, employment, and insurance-licensing obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who support our operations (such as CRM, calendar, messaging, e-signature, background-check, and compliance providers) strictly to deliver our services to you, and, if you are hired, with insurance carriers and licensing bodies as required for appointment and contracting. We may also disclose information when required by law.

4. Text / SMS Messaging Policy (A2P / TCPA / CTIA)

4.1 Program Description. If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Infinite Solutions 365 covering hiring and recruiting communications — application status, interview scheduling and reminders, licensing and onboarding steps, and start-date updates. Messages are sent only with your explicit consent.

4.2 Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you provide express written consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any service and is collected through a clear, unchecked opt-in mechanism.

4.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our hiring process.

4.4 Fees. Message and data rates may apply.

4.5 Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

4.7 Mobile Information Sharing. Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and service providers in support of our services (such as CRM, calendar, messaging, or compliance providers) is permitted only for the purpose of delivering those services to you.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or contact us directly. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and our record-keeping obligations.

6. Data Retention

We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and for a reasonable period afterward for future openings and legal compliance, currently up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure the performance of our recruiting campaigns.
